Any condition or warranty that would otherwise be implied in relation to the use of the Software is excluded. Smart Services CRC and its project partners excludes all liability to you arising directly or indirectly from use of the Software and any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages suffered by you.

Use of The Library

In addition, the Library contains contributions by users which include references, comments and projections regarding the future. The recipient acknowledges that these references, comments and projections reflect assumptions concerning the future, which may or may not prove correct. Smart Services CRC Pty Ltd and its respective directors and officers expressly disclaim any liability, representations or warranties express or implied contained in this report or any omissions from it. This disclaimer extends to any other information whether written or not, provided at any time to a partner, researcher or student by or on behalf of Smart Services CRC Pty Ltd.

Acceptable Content

The Site is intended to support the gathering, description and indexing of a library of future scenarios. The owners, administrators and editors of the Site reserve the right to remove any material with they deem inappropriate to the focus of the site. Users should not post offensive, defamatory, or illegal material on the Site in any form (including web pages, scenario records, attached documents, profile text or comments).

Acceptable Use

Users may not harass or annoy other users, promote content that violates its policies, or transmit illegal material through the site or its servers.

Governing Law

Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New South Wales, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in New South Wales, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
